Space Shuttle Viewing Times

Last night I spent some time with my daughter to discuss some things.  I took her to the outskirts of town and into a school yard and set up a few lawn chairs facing West.  At 10:42pm Central time the Space Shuttle Endeavour was to pass overhead coming from the west.  And sure enough, right on schedule the shuttle flew over us.  It was pretty cool!

shuttleYou can still see it for several days yet.  To find when and in what direction to look from your city, click here.

It will first like a faint moving star, but as it approaches closer to you it gets brighter and brighter.  It’ll last for a few minutes tops, but hey, it is pretty fun.  Have a great time!
